We have owned rottweilers for over 27 years. The strong bitch line we have produced goes back to our foundation bitch ‘Poirot Katrina’ (Tina), an adorable puppy we purchased in 1982.  Tina and our youngest daughter, Rachel, who was then 15 months old, were the best of friends.
Tina’s first litter she was mated to Ch Caprido Minstrel at Potterspride, producing a champion in this litter Ch Aylsham Beauty at Potterspride, we then did a repeat mating and in her second litter she produced six magnificent puppies.  Five pups were shown, all did very well, producing another champion ‘Ch Molly Moppet at Rostock’  this was the bitch I kept from the litter. A male from this same litter, was a well-known stud dog ‘His Masters Voice at Potterspride’.
Poirot Katrina also produced a Spanish champion ‘CACIB Ch Rostock Gemini’ in her last litter.
‘Molly Moppet’ was an outstanding bitch, winning at most shows and gaining her Junior Warrant at 11 months of age.

The showing had began traveling all over the UK with ‘ Molly Moppet ‘  this was how it all started. Producing 5 homebred Champions, 2 overseas Champions and 8 other ‘CC’  and Res.CC winners,20 gaining their Stud Book Numbers.

We have produced two CC winners at Crufts:
Ch Aylsham Beauty at Potterspride ‘Gremlin’ gained BOB Crufts.
Ch Rostock Ysatis ‘Susie’ gained her first CC at Crufts 1998.

My judging career began in 1988 and progressed to awarding CC’s at Bath 2000.
